UNIVERSITY OF GUJRAT

University of Gujrat invites sealed tenders from firms registered with Sales Tax & Income Tax Departments for procurement of laboratory equipments for following Labs / Office on C & F and FOR basis.

• Electrical Engineering Lab

• Chemical Engineering Lab

• Zoology Lab

• IT Lab

• Botany Lab

• Chemistry Lab

• Physics Lab
  Industrial & Manufacturing Eng.

1. Tender Document can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against written request accompanied with Deposit Slip of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) for each lab an account of Tender Document fee in University of Gujrat Misc. Account # 23-000-7 at Bank of Punjab , University Branch Hafiz Hayat Campus Gujrat.

2. Complete Tender / Quotations along with 2% earnest money (Call Deposit) in favor Treasurer University of Gujrat must reach not later than 23-01-2010 at 01:00 pm . Late submission of tenders will be rejected.

3. Tenders will be opened on 23-1-2010 at 2:00 pm

4. Incomplete / conditional tenders will be rejected.

5. The competent authority will have the right to accept / reject any tender / all tenders without assigning any reason.
