Eligibility Criteria: Having a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC recognized university/institution with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or a Masters Degree in commerce (M.Com.) with a minimum of 60% of marks. Maximum age of 27 years as on November 30, 2007.

The selected candidates will undergo exhaustive and comprehensive training, both in technical, as well as in soft skills. After successful completion of training, they will be placed in the Bank's regular officers cadre and will be posted at branches/controlling offices across the country.
